Does anyone here know much about this? Specifically, I’m hoping it will be able to do some of the things I think are lacking for Palo in a large environment, such as notification of hardware failures, expiring licenses, dynamic updates that haven’t been able to update for a specified timeframe and so on.

Is the BPA through the support portal really going away and being replaced by the limited BPA in aiops?
It looks pretty but doesn't have a lot of functionality right now. It holds your bpa reports and has some statistics on dns security and wildfire, but that's about it...
