Hello Guys, I have a issue, in the last days the connection has been lost, that is, the connection to the VPN is not available. Message:Connection failure: Gateway has not been possible to connect to GlobalProtect gateway. Get in touch with your IT administrator.

The workaround is the restart of the firewall, which implies a significant cut of the service. The FW currently has version 9.1.13-h3 and I have not found any Address Issue that mentions this problem. Anyone had some similar experience and how did you solve it? Any information is good. Regards.
Try setting up packet-diag/packetcapture filters and run "show counter global filter delta yes packet-filter yes" several times to see if any weird counters appear If nothing interesting pops up, try restarting the appweb service when the issue occurs instead of a full reboot
Have you checked potential low-level issues? (ARP, routing,...). When the firewall is in this state, are you seeing packets arrive? Are the sessions showing up in the traffic log?
