I work in a retail company and have a PCNSE certification. I wanted to go for PCNSC cert. What should be my next steps? Training?

Sad. I really wanted the PCNSC badge.

The PCNSC is reserved for CPSP (certified professional services partner) partner engineers who have attended the customer simulation lab. If your shop does not run professional services you won't be able to obtain this certificate
