We have MFA enabled for our VPN clients that happen via RSA.
After entering a username and password, users get a prompt on their phone from RSA to approve to get connected to GP.
Setup was working fine and we tested adding another RSA server for redundancy but have to remove it.
Now MFA is getting two prompts on the user phone and RSA support is saying that PAN is sending two authentication requests.
Do you have any advice on how to solve the problem?
It cannot be possible, this configuration has already been discarded,
We are only going to keep one RSA, but the problem is that now it sends two prompts for authentication.
Can the two RSA servers be clustered so they have a single IP for both devices?
