Inter-vsys Routing and bandwidth
Hi All,
I'm looking for some details around inter-vsys routing and specifically impact this has on the DP? I can't find any specific KB article which gives any real insight. I read that if you use a shared gateway the bandwidth is limited to 1.25Gb
I'm not looking to do a shared gateway, just typical inter-vsys routing but I heard of situations where the inter-vsys routing has caused the DP to hit 100%
I'm assuming here that if the total DP throughput is 20Gb regardless if thats via physical or via between VSYS's that the total limit.

Most "impact" will be felt on the larger platforms as intervsys traffic can't be offloaded. Total overhead will depend on how much traffic, and what 'sort' of sessions you want route. If it's a large chunk, you may want to route externally
