What happens to the security policies, rules and objects if I remove a firewall from the Device Group in PANORAMA

What happens to the security policies and rules if I remove a firewall from the Device Group in PANORAMA ?

Good afternoon, thank you as always for your time and cooperation.

I have a doubt, to know the expected behavior in relation to if I have in PANORAMA, a Device Group, which has a Firewall.

In that case, I want to know and confirm if the firewall loses the security policies and objects (security policies, objects, Nats, etc) that were already being injected from PANORAMA to the firewall, or the firewall, although it was removed from the Device-Group that contains the Policies and Objects continues and will continue to have the policies and objects. What is the expected behavior in this case?

Thank you, I remain attentive to your comments

Best regards

If you remove the firewall from the device group and commit+push the firewall will lose all those policies If you want to "disconnect" a firewall from panorama (or make the policies local) you can do so from the device>setup>management tab and click panorama config. From there you can import all the devicegroup config
