Error GP Logs

Hi PANgurus

Does anyone know what this log means?

(P12512-T1276)Debug(2428): 07/21/22 10:31:53:692 proxy , proxyuser , domain xxx, user test1, remotehost xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.

(P12512-T1276)Error( 321): 07/21/22 10:31:53:709 ConnectServer failed with error code 8004100e

(P12512-T1276)Error(8666): 07/21/22 10:31:53:709 netAdmin.GetService() return NULL

I can't connect and I am not sure if it is my user or my machine because I am the only one with this problem.

Thanks for your update, the PANOS is 10.1.5-h1 and the versiónGP is 6.0.1.

We already apply the uninstall and installation of the GP, we import the updated certificate in the device but still does not connect.
