If Crimea CE is removed are those IPs found in a different region?

I ran across this issue, which caused a failure to commit. I see that when they added Crimea, they moved IPs from Russia and Ukraine to Crimea. Has Crimea been reabsorbed to Ukraine and Russia?

It seems likely the IPs of that region have either been added back to Ukraine, or moved to Russia cause of the situation there right now... Do you have any IPs in that region we can try looking up?
