Hello, thank you community, how are you, I hope you are well.

I have a huge doubt.

We updated Panorama from 9.1 to 10.1.X

The firewalls are still at 9.1.1

Now I get an error that:

Device Admin Role for the role based admin has not been defined

Now I follow the instructions in this KB:

I have the same role in Panorama as the same role in the Panorama user, but it still won't let me switch context.

There is something I'm not doing right or something, I can't understand the new logic of 10.1.X.

We see that the error of not being able to change context still persists.

I don't know what we are doing wrong, if it is something that is not compatible.

10.1.X is supposed to be compatible with 9.1.
