Unable to download GP login/logout details pdf
Hi Team,
We are unable to download PDF format report of Global VPN Users.
we tried to download via csv/pdf format , but not downloading.(network>GP gateway>remote user > pervious user > pdf/csv)

That's a very very old PAN-OS. You can try debugging the GUI by going into debug mode and starting a capture the moment you try to download: Open 2 tabs 1 on the export Other on https://<firewall>/debug Enable debug, proceed to download, wait till failed, disable debug, refesh, check the log If nothing pops up: upgrade to a contemporary version of PAN-OS
