SIP Traffic

I have a VPN against a Fortinet, where the SIP trunk passes , from the fortinet side it has seen the sending of sip traffic but from the palo alto side no sip traffic is seen.
Captures were generated and SIP packets are observed but in the monitor these packets do not appear.
The version is 10.0.5 and there is no known issue.
Do you know why the Palo Alto is not seeing the sip traffic?
We checked the counters and there are no drops.
We checked the CLI sessions and there is no sip traffic.
The only traffic seen in the CLI and monitor sessions are RTP-base and RTCP.

Could be misidentification of SIP. Have you tried an app override for these sessions and set the override app to sip?
