We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary details with Palo Alto Networks or its distributors solely to process quotes, licensing, or support cases on your behalf. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.

These general terms apply to quotes, orders, and services provided by PANgurus BV (VAT BE0769507136) for Palo Alto Networks products (including Strata firewalls, Prisma Access, and Cortex XDR) and related consultancy, deployment, and optimization services.

Quotes and orders

All quotes provided by PANgurus are indicative and non-binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Product availability, pricing, and lead times depend on Palo Alto Networks and its distributors and may change without prior notice.

Services

Consultancy, deployment, optimization, and migration services are delivered on a best-effort basis according to the scope agreed with the customer in a separate proposal, order confirmation, or statement of work.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest and costs as permitted under Belgian law on late payment in commercial transactions.

Warranty

Hardware and software warranties for Palo Alto Networks products are provided by Palo Alto Networks under its own terms and are passed through to the customer as-is. PANgurus does not provide additional product warranties beyond those of the manufacturer, unless explicitly agreed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PANgurus' liability for any damages arising from its services is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant service. PANgurus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
